Connect Meta to bring your Facebook and Instagram activity straight into Revenue Sol. Once linked, lead form submissions and direct messages flow into your unified inbox and CRM automatically, so you can respond fast and book more jobs without switching between apps.

What the Meta integration does

Local home-service businesses run a lot of marketing on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta integration ties that activity back to your pipeline:
  • Lead ads / lead forms — When someone submits a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Revenue Sol creates a lead and a contact for you, with their details pre-filled.
  • Messaging — Messages from Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct land in the same unified inbox as your calls, SMS, and email.
  • AI replies — Your AI Employee can auto-reply to Meta messages using your Knowledge Hub, so prospects get answered around the clock.
Calls and SMS still run through your own Twilio or RingCentral number. Meta only handles Facebook and Instagram leads and messages.

Connecting Meta

You connect Meta from the integrations area of your account at app.revenuesol.com. You’ll need to be an admin of the Facebook Page (and the connected Instagram account) you want to link.
1

Open the integrations settings

Go to your account settings and find the integrations or connected accounts section, then choose Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
2

Log in to Facebook

You’ll be redirected to Facebook to authorize Revenue Sol. Sign in with an account that manages your business Page.
3

Grant access to your Pages and accounts

Approve access to the Facebook Page, its lead forms, and the connected Instagram account. Granting messaging and lead permissions is what allows messages and leads to flow into Revenue Sol.
4

Select the Page to connect

If you manage more than one Page, pick the one tied to your home-service business and confirm.
5

Confirm the connection

Once authorized, you’ll return to Revenue Sol and see Meta listed as connected. New leads and messages start syncing from that point forward.
Make sure your Instagram account is a professional (business or creator) account linked to your Facebook Page. Personal Instagram accounts can’t be connected for messaging.

After you connect

New Meta leads appear in your CRM and inbox as they come in. From there you can:
Meta access tokens can expire or be revoked if your Facebook password changes, permissions are removed, or you lose admin rights to the Page. If leads or messages stop arriving, reconnect Meta from your integration settings.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the lead form belongs to the Page you connected and that you granted lead-access permission during sign-in. Reconnect Meta if you recently changed your Facebook permissions.
Your Instagram account must be a professional account linked to the connected Facebook Page, and message access must be enabled in your Instagram settings.
You can pick which Page to connect during setup. Connect the Page that matches your business so leads and messages route to the right place.
