Connecting QuickBooks Online keeps your books in sync with Revenue Sol — invoices, payments, and customers flow into QuickBooks automatically, so you don’t double-enter data.

What syncing enables

Invoice sync

Invoices created in Revenue Sol appear in QuickBooks.

Payment sync

Payments reconcile against the right invoices.

Customer sync

Customers stay consistent across both systems.

Reconciliation

A scheduled job keeps transactions reconciled.

Before you start

You’ll need a QuickBooks Online account. Revenue Sol connects via Intuit’s secure OAuth — you’ll sign in to QuickBooks and authorize access to your company (realm).

Connect QuickBooks

1

Open Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks

In Revenue Sol, find the QuickBooks integration.
2

Click Connect QuickBooks

You’ll be redirected to Intuit to log in.
3

Authorize access

Grant Revenue Sol access to your QuickBooks company’s accounting data.
4

Sync runs

Syncing begins automatically. You can also trigger a manual Sync now anytime.

Keeping data in sync

After connecting, Revenue Sol pushes new invoices and payments to QuickBooks and runs a scheduled reconciliation to keep transactions aligned. You can run a manual sync whenever you want to push changes immediately.
If you’re testing, connect a QuickBooks sandbox company first to verify the sync before pointing it at your live books.

Payments & Invoices

Create the invoices that sync to QuickBooks.

Stripe

Process the card payments.
