Save your settings. New inbound messages will now be handled according to your chosen mode.

Autopilot mode

Autopilot lets the AI reply on its own for routine conversations — perfect for after-hours and overflow. You stay in control:
  • Conversations remain visible in your unified inbox in real time.
  • You can jump in and take over any conversation at any moment.
  • Sensitive or complex situations can be escalated to your team.
Start in Suggest mode for a few days to see how the AI handles your real conversations, then switch on Autopilot once you’re confident in its replies.
