Before you start
You’ll need a Twilio account with at least one phone number that has SMS and voice capabilities enabled.
Connect Twilio
Open Settings → Connectors
In Revenue Sol, go to Settings → Connectors (or Settings → Integrations → Twilio).
Start the connect flow
Click Connect Twilio and authorize Revenue Sol to access your Twilio account through the secure connect flow.
Choose your number
Revenue Sol reads the phone numbers available in your account. Pick the number you want to use as your default for messaging and calls.
How messages reach Revenue Sol
Once connected, Twilio delivers inbound messages and call events to Revenue Sol’s secure webhook endpoints, which verify each request’s signature before processing. You don’t need to configure these by hand during the standard connect flow.Technical reference: inbound SMS and delivery status are received at
/api/webhooks/twilio/sms, and call events at /api/webhooks/twilio/voice. See Webhooks.Choosing a default provider
If you connect both Twilio and RingCentral, set your preferred default under Settings → Connectors so Revenue Sol knows which to use for new messages and calls.Related
