1. Create your account & business

Go to app.revenuesol.com and create your account. Authentication is handled securely by Clerk.
Complete onboarding
A short wizard sets up your workspace:
- Industry β pick your trade (HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, etc.)
- Business basics β name, phone, website, and city/state
- Your goal β reply faster, get more reviews, book more jobs, or automate follow-ups
- AI sync β Revenue Sol crawls your website to build your AI knowledge base
- Ready β you land in your dashboard
2. Connect a phone number
This is the most important step β it lets Revenue Sol send and receive calls and texts.Connect Twilio or RingCentral
Choose your provider and follow the secure connect flow. You bring your own account, so calls and texts are billed at carrier cost.
3. Turn on your AI
AI auto-reply
Let the AI employee answer inbound texts and chats instantly, day or night.
AI voice receptionist
Have the AI answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments automatically.
4. Set up how you get paid & reviewed
Payments
Enable payments so you can send invoices and text-to-pay links.
Reviews
Turn on automatic review requests so every completed job grows your Google rating.
5. Invite your team
Go to Settings β Team to invite office staff and field crew. Roles control who can see and do what. Field crews can also use the mobile app.Youβre live π
