The fastest way to fill the Knowledge Hub is to let Revenue Sol crawl your existing website.

Open the Knowledge Hub

Go to AI Brain → Knowledge (Knowledge Hub) in the app.

Start a website import

Enter your website URL and start the crawl. Revenue Sol reads your pages and extracts the content into your knowledge base.

Review what was imported

The crawl runs in the background. When it finishes, review the imported content and edit anything that’s out of date.

Add anything missing

Manually add services, pricing, FAQs, and policies the AI should know but that aren’t on your site.
The website import runs as a background job, so you can keep working while it processes. Larger sites take longer to crawl.

Keep it fresh

Your AI is only as accurate as your Knowledge Hub. Whenever your services, pricing, or policies change:
  • Update the relevant entries directly, or
  • Re-run the website import after you publish changes to your site.
