Revenue Sol uses a bring-your-own-number (BYO) model. Instead of leasing a phone number from us at a marked-up rate, you connect your own Twilio or RingCentral account. Your calls and texts are billed directly by the carrier at their standard rate, with no markup added by Revenue Sol.

Why bring your own number

When you connect your own carrier account, you stay in control of the asset your customers already know: your business phone number. There’s nothing to port away from us if you ever leave, and you can keep the number your trucks, yard signs, and Google listing already advertise. This model powers the parts of Revenue Sol that depend on a live phone line:
AI is included on every Revenue Sol plan (Starter 65/mo,Professional65/mo, Professional 199/mo, Scale $399/mo, Enterprise custom). The carrier charges for calls and texts are separate and paid directly to Twilio or RingCentral.

How the cost works

Revenue Sol does not resell minutes or messages. You pay your subscription to us, and you pay your carrier for usage:
  • Voice and SMS are billed by Twilio or RingCentral at their published per-minute and per-message rates.
  • No markup is added on top of carrier cost.
  • Usage scales with your business — a slow winter month costs less in carrier fees than a busy summer.
For high call and text volume, this BYO model is usually cheaper than bundled per-seat phone plans, because you pay only for what you actually use at wholesale carrier rates.

Choosing between Twilio and RingCentral

Both options give you the same Revenue Sol features. Pick the one that fits how your business already works.

Twilio

Best if you want a fresh, low-cost programmable number purely to power Revenue Sol. Pay-as-you-go pricing and quick setup.

RingCentral

Best if you already run a RingCentral business phone system and want to keep your existing number and desk-phone workflow.

Connecting your number

1

Choose your provider

Decide whether you’ll use Twilio or RingCentral, then create or sign in to that carrier account.
2

Connect it in Revenue Sol

Open the integrations area in your Revenue Sol workspace and follow the connection flow for your chosen provider. You’ll authorize Revenue Sol to send and receive on your behalf.
3

Select your number

Pick the phone number you want Revenue Sol to use for calls and texts. This becomes the line your AI receptionist and inbox operate on.
4

Test it

Send a test text and place a test call to confirm messages flow into your unified inbox and calls reach the AI receptionist.
You must keep your Twilio or RingCentral account in good standing and funded. If the carrier account runs out of balance or is suspended, calls and texts through Revenue Sol will stop until you resolve it directly with the carrier.
