How AI credits work

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance that refreshes at the start of your billing cycle. Credits are consumed as your AI handles work for you — responding to calls and texts, drafting review replies, and answering messages across SMS, email, and web-form leads.
AI credits are separate from carrier costs. Calls and texts that flow through your own Twilio or RingCentral number are billed at carrier cost with no markup. Credits cover the AI work, not the phone minutes or message fees.
Higher plans include larger monthly allowances. If you consistently use more than your plan provides, you can either upgrade your plan or buy top-up packs to cover the overflow — whichever fits your needs better.

Open your billing area

Sign in at app.revenuesol.com and go to your account or billing settings.

Find your credit balance

You’ll see your current AI credit balance, your monthly allowance, and how much you’ve used in the current cycle.

Review what's consuming credits

Check the usage breakdown to understand which activities — receptionist conversations, AI Employee replies, review responses — are drawing down your balance.
Check your balance early in the month and again partway through. If you’re trending toward your limit before your cycle resets, top up ahead of time so there’s no interruption.

Buy a top-up pack

Top-up packs are one-time purchases that add credits on top of your monthly allowance. They start at $20 for 1,000 credits, and they never expire — unused top-up credits carry forward indefinitely, even across billing cycles.

From your billing settings, open the AI credits section.

Select the pack size that matches your needs. The $20 / 1,000-credit pack is the entry option, with larger packs available.

Confirm your purchase

Pay with your card on file. Credits are added to your balance right away so your AI keeps working without a pause.
Top-up credits are added to — not deducted from — your monthly allowance. Your plan’s included credits are used first each cycle, and top-up credits cover anything beyond that. Because top-ups never expire, anything you don’t use stays in your account.
