Your data belongs to you. Revenue Sol lets you export your contacts, records, and reports as CSV files whenever you need them, whether you’re backing up your account, moving data into another tool, or analyzing numbers in a spreadsheet.

What you can export

Most lists and reports in Revenue Sol can be exported to CSV (comma-separated values), a universal format that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and virtually any data tool.
  • Contacts — your full contact list with names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, tags, and segments.
  • Leads — leads with their pipeline, stage, source, and assigned owner.
  • Jobs — scheduled and completed jobs with status, dates, and assignments.
  • Quotes and invoices — line items, totals, and payment status from your billing records.
  • Reports — pipeline, communication, and analytics report data underlying the charts you see on screen.
Exports reflect only the data your organization owns and that your role has permission to view. They never include records from other businesses on the platform.

How to export a CSV

The export action lives wherever the data lives, so the steps are consistent across the app.
1

Open the list or report

Go to the section you want, such as your contacts list, leads pipeline, or a report under Analytics.
2

Filter to what you need

Apply any filters, tags, segments, or date ranges first. The export includes the rows that match your current view, so narrowing the list keeps your file focused.
3

Choose Export

Use the export option for that screen to generate a CSV. Larger exports may take a moment to prepare.
4

Download and open the file

Save the CSV to your device, then open it in your spreadsheet app to review, filter, or share the data.
Filtering before you export saves cleanup later. For example, segment your contacts by tag or city, then export just that group instead of your entire database.

Working with the file

Each row is a record and each column is a field. Open the CSV in any spreadsheet tool to sort, filter, build pivot tables, or import the data into another system. Because CSV is plain text, it stays readable even years later, which makes it a dependable format for archives and backups.
Exported files can contain customer names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses. Store them securely, share them only with people who need access, and delete copies you no longer need.

Frequently asked questions
