How the free trial works

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don’t need a credit card to begin. During the trial you get full access to your plan’s features, including AI on every tier.

Start your trial

Sign up at app.revenuesol.com and choose a plan. No card is required to explore Revenue Sol.

Add a payment method before the trial ends

To keep your account active after day 14, add a card in your billing settings. Your subscription begins at your selected plan’s monthly rate.

Continue or cancel

If you add a payment method, your trial converts to a paid subscription automatically when the 14 days end. If you don’t, your account pauses rather than charging you.
Phone and messaging costs (calls and texts) are billed by your own Twilio or RingCentral account at carrier cost. Revenue Sol does not mark these up. See Bring your own number for details.

Changing your plan

You can move between Starter (65/mo),Professional(65/mo), Professional (199/mo), and Scale ($399/mo) at any time from your billing settings. Enterprise pricing is custom.
  • Upgrading takes effect immediately so you can use the higher tier’s limits right away. Charges are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then.
If you’re consistently running low on AI credits, upgrading a tier is usually more cost-effective than buying repeated top-ups.

AI credits, overages, and top-ups

Your AI Employee and AI receptionist run on AI credits included with your plan. Credits are consumed as the AI replies across channels and handles calls and texts.
  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment that refreshes at the start of your billing cycle.
  • If you use all your included credits, you can purchase a one-time top-up to keep the AI running until your next refresh.
  • Top-ups are charged to your payment method on file and apply to your current cycle.

Refunds policy

Card payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. Because you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and the 14-day trial lets you evaluate Revenue Sol before paying, we recommend trying the product fully during your trial.
If you believe you were billed in error, contact contact@infiniterankers.io with your account details and we’ll review it.

Updating your payment method

You can update your card whenever it expires or changes.

Open billing settings

Go to your account’s billing area in app.revenuesol.com.

Update your card

Add or replace the card on file. Your new card is used for the next subscription charge and any top-ups.
