AI credits are the unit Revenue Sol uses to meter your AI Employee. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, and your usage is tracked automatically as the AI works across your inbox. This page explains what a credit is, what consumes credits, how much each plan includes, and how to add more when you need them.

What an AI credit is

A credit is a single unit of metered AI work. You do not buy or manage credits per channel or per contact, you simply have a pool of credits that the AI Employee draws from as it operates on your behalf. When the pool runs low, the AI keeps working until your allowance is reached, and you can top up at any time so service never stops.
AI is included on every plan, including the 14-day free trial, so you can try the AI Employee without a credit card.

What consumes credits

Credits are spent on the actual AI actions taken in your account. The two things that consume credits are:
  • An AI reply or command costs 1 credit. Each time the AI Employee drafts or sends a reply across a channel, or carries out a command you give it, that counts as one credit.
  • A website knowledge sync costs 25 credits. When the AI re-reads your website and FAQs to refresh your Knowledge Hub, that larger job costs 25 credits because it processes much more content than a single reply.
Phone-number usage is separate from AI credits. Calls and texts run on your own Twilio or RingCentral number and are billed at carrier cost with no markup. See bring your own number for details.

Monthly allowances per plan

Each plan resets a fresh allowance of AI credits every billing cycle. Higher plans include more credits to support higher message volume and larger teams.

Go to your AI usage area and open credits & top-ups to see your current balance and remaining monthly allowance.

Select a one-time pack sized to how many extra replies or knowledge syncs you expect to need.

Confirm and apply

Complete the purchase. The credits are added to your balance immediately and the AI keeps working.
Top-up credits never expire and they do not reset at your billing date. They stay in your account and are used only after your monthly allowance is exhausted, so nothing is wasted.

Frequently asked questions

Once your monthly allowance and any top-up credits are used, AI replies and knowledge syncs pause until your allowance resets at the next billing cycle or you add a top-up pack. Your inbox, contacts, and other CRM features keep working normally.
No. Your monthly allowance is consumed first, and top-up credits are only drawn down after that allowance is gone. This keeps your purchased credits available for when you truly need them.
