Online booking lets your customers schedule jobs themselves, around the clock, without a phone call. You share a booking link, the customer picks a service and an open time, and the appointment lands directly on your calendar. Combined with the 24/7 AI receptionist, it means your business can capture and book work even while your crews are in the field or off the clock.

How online booking works

You publish a self-service booking page tied to your account. When a customer opens the link, they choose the service they need, see the time slots you have available, and confirm their details. The request becomes a booked job in Revenue Sol, the customer gets a confirmation, and reminders go out automatically before the appointment.
Online booking respects the availability you define, so customers can only choose times you actually want to take work. Slots that are full or outside your hours never appear.
Once your services and availability are set, you get a shareable booking link you can put anywhere customers find you.
1

Open online booking settings

Go to the Jobs area and open the online booking settings to find your booking link.
2

Copy the link

Copy the link and add it to your website, Google Business Profile, email signature, SMS replies, and social profiles.
3

Test it yourself

Open the link in a private browser window and walk through a booking to confirm the services and times look right.
Add the booking link to the auto-reply messages your AI Employee sends, so leads who text in can book without waiting for a callback.

Set your services and availability

Customers book against the services and hours you configure, so it’s worth getting these right before you share the link widely.
  • Services: Choose which offerings from your catalog customers can book online, along with how long each one takes. Pull from your existing products and pricing so durations and naming stay consistent.
  • Availability: Define the days and hours you accept online bookings, plus any buffer time between jobs and how far in advance customers must book. This prevents back-to-back appointments with no travel time.
  • Capacity: Limit how many bookings can land in the same window so you don’t overbook your crews.
If you leave availability wide open, customers may book times you can’t realistically staff. Set your real working hours and buffers so the calendar reflects what your team can actually deliver.

How booked slots flow into your calendar and AI receptionist

Every online booking is treated as a real appointment, not a separate to-do list:
  • The booking appears on your calendar and is available to assign on the dispatch board.
  • The customer record is created or matched in your contacts, keeping all their history in one place.
  • Automatic reminders go out before the appointment to cut down no-shows.
  • Because availability is shared, the AI receptionist sees the same open slots. When it answers a call or text, it books into the same calendar, so phone bookings and self-service bookings never collide or double-book.
Whether a job comes in by phone with the AI receptionist or through your booking link, it lands on one unified schedule. You manage everything from a single calendar.

Troubleshooting

Check that your availability covers upcoming days and that your booking lead time and capacity limits aren’t blocking every slot.
Confirm the service is enabled for online booking and has a duration set in your catalog.
