How online booking works
You publish a self-service booking page tied to your account. When a customer opens the link, they choose the service they need, see the time slots you have available, and confirm their details. The request becomes a booked job in Revenue Sol, the customer gets a confirmation, and reminders go out automatically before the appointment.Online booking respects the availability you define, so customers can only choose times you actually want to take work. Slots that are full or outside your hours never appear.
Share your booking link
Once your services and availability are set, you get a shareable booking link you can put anywhere customers find you.Open online booking settings
Go to the Jobs area and open the online booking settings to find your booking link.

Copy the link and add it to your website, Google Business Profile, email signature, SMS replies, and social profiles.
Set your services and availability
Customers book against the services and hours you configure, so it’s worth getting these right before you share the link widely.- Services: Choose which offerings from your catalog customers can book online, along with how long each one takes. Pull from your existing products and pricing so durations and naming stay consistent.
- Availability: Define the days and hours you accept online bookings, plus any buffer time between jobs and how far in advance customers must book. This prevents back-to-back appointments with no travel time.
- Capacity: Limit how many bookings can land in the same window so you don’t overbook your crews.
How booked slots flow into your calendar and AI receptionist
Every online booking is treated as a real appointment, not a separate to-do list:- The booking appears on your calendar and is available to assign on the dispatch board.
- The customer record is created or matched in your contacts, keeping all their history in one place.
