Revenue Sol turns every quote, job, and conversation into a payment you can collect on the spot or by text. Instead of chasing checks or waiting on bank transfers, you send a link, your customer taps to pay with a card, and the money lands in your account. Card processing runs on Stripe, so you get bank-grade security without building anything yourself.

How customers pay you

You have several ways to get paid, and you can mix and match them to fit the job:

Card payments via Stripe

All card payments are processed through Stripe. When you connect your Stripe account, customers can pay by debit or credit card from any invoice or payment link, and funds are deposited to your bank on Stripe’s standard payout schedule. Stripe handles PCI compliance and card data, so sensitive details never touch Revenue Sol. To start accepting cards, connect Stripe from your integration settings. Getting paid in a few steps

Recurring payments and refunds

For ongoing work like maintenance plans or service contracts, set up recurring billing so cards are charged automatically on the schedule you choose. If you ever need to return money to a customer, you can issue a refund directly against the original payment.

Where payments show up

Every transaction is tied to the customer and the work it relates to, so nothing gets lost:

• On the invoice itself, where the status updates to paid, partially paid, or outstanding.
• On the contact record, so you can see a customer’s full payment history.
• In analytics and reports, where you can track revenue, outstanding balances, and trends over time.
