Connecting your Facebook and Instagram accounts lets Revenue Sol capture leads and messages from Meta directly into your unified inbox. When a prospect fills out a Facebook lead form or sends you a message on either platform, it lands in the same conversation view as your calls, texts, and emails, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Before you start

You will need a few things ready on the Meta side to make the connection smooth.
You must be an admin of the Facebook Page (and any linked Instagram professional account) you want to connect. If a teammate manages your Page, ask them to grant you admin access first.
  • A Facebook Business Page for your home-service business.
  • An Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account linked to that Page, if you want Instagram messaging too.
  • Admin permissions on the Page and access to log in with the Facebook account that holds those permissions.

Connect Meta

The connection runs through Meta’s secure login, so you authorize access from inside Facebook rather than entering passwords into Revenue Sol.

Open Integrations

In the Revenue Sol app, go to your settings and open the Integrations area. Find the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) integration.

Start the connection

Choose to connect Meta. You will be redirected to Facebook to sign in and confirm.

Authorize access

Sign in with the Facebook account that administers your Page, then review and approve the permissions Meta requests. These cover reading lead forms and managing messages so Revenue Sol can route them to you.

Select your Page and Instagram account

Pick the Facebook Page (and linked Instagram account) you want Revenue Sol to monitor, then confirm.

Confirm the connection

You are returned to the Integrations screen, where Meta now shows as connected. New leads and messages will start flowing into your inbox.
Have your Facebook login handy before you start. The flow takes only a minute or two when you are already signed in to the right admin account.

What gets captured

Once Meta is connected, Revenue Sol pulls two kinds of activity into your workspace.
  • Lead forms submitted through Facebook and Instagram ads or Page forms become new leads in your CRM, ready for follow-up and assignment to a pipeline stage.
  • Messages sent to your Page (Messenger) and Instagram Direct arrive in your unified inbox, where you and your AI Employee can reply alongside every other channel.
This means a customer who messages your Instagram about a clogged drain shows up next to your phone calls and texts, with full conversation history in one place.

Troubleshooting

You likely need admin access to that Page. Check your role in Facebook’s Page settings, then restart the connection from the Integrations screen.
Make sure your Instagram account is a professional account and is linked to the connected Facebook Page. Personal Instagram accounts cannot be connected.
Meta access can expire or be revoked. Reconnect Meta from the Integrations screen to refresh the permission. If it persists, contact contact@infiniterankers.io.
