The AI Command Center is the brain of your AI Employee: a single command bar where you type what you want in plain English, and the AI plans and carries it out across your CRM. Instead of clicking through screens to find a contact, draft a follow-up, or move a lead, you describe the outcome and let the AI do the work. It is built and supported by Infinite Rankers LLC. How it works

Open the command bar from anywhere in the app and type a request. The AI reads your prompt, figures out which CRM objects and tools it needs, and proposes a plan before acting on anything that changes your data.

Describe what you want

Type a natural-language request, such as “find John Carter’s last invoice” or “draft a follow-up text to the leads I quoted this week.”

The AI plans

It interprets your intent, identifies the relevant contacts, leads, jobs, or messages, and outlines the steps it will take.

Review and confirm

For actions that create, change, or send something, the AI shows you a draft or summary so you can approve, edit, or cancel before it commits.

See the result

Completed actions appear in the relevant record, so a drafted message lands in your inbox and a new task shows up on the right contact.

What you can ask it to do

The Command Center spans your data and your everyday workflows. You can use it to:
  • Find information across contacts, leads, jobs, quotes, invoices, and conversations, like “show me overdue invoices over $500.”
  • Draft messages for SMS, email, or a reply in the unified inbox, using your tone and context from the conversation.
  • Take actions such as creating a task, adding a note, applying a tag, moving a lead to a new stage, or scheduling a follow-up.
  • Summarize a long conversation thread or a contact’s recent history so you can pick up where you left off.
The AI Employee draws on your Knowledge Hub for business-specific answers and uses AI credits, which are included on every plan.

Grounded in your data

The Command Center works only within your own organization’s records and respects your account’s permissions. It pulls live context from your CRM rather than guessing, so the contacts, jobs, and figures it references are real and current. Actions are scoped to what your role can already do in the app.
Be specific for the best results. Naming a customer, a date range, or a dollar amount helps the AI plan accurately and skip clarifying questions.
Always review drafts and confirm actions before they send, especially customer-facing messages and anything that moves money. The AI proposes; you approve.
