Build your audience
Start by deciding who should receive the message. Revenue Sol pulls your audience directly from your CRM, so you can target the right customers without exporting spreadsheets.Choose a starting list
Send to all contacts, or narrow to a saved segment such as customers in a specific service area, lead stage, or job type.
Filter with tags and segments
Layer on tags and segments to refine recipients, for example “HVAC maintenance plan” or “leads with no activity in 90 days.”
Create the content
Compose your email using a template or build from scratch. You can personalize messages with merge fields like the contact’s first name so each email feels one-to-one.- Subject line. Keep it short and specific. This is the single biggest driver of whether your email gets opened.
- Body. Add your logo, images, headings, and buttons. Link to a booking page, a quote, or a payment link to turn the email into action.
- Call to action. Make the next step obvious, such as “Book your spring service” or “Reply to schedule.”
Unsubscribe handling is built in. Recipients can opt out, and Revenue Sol automatically suppresses them from future sends to keep you compliant and protect your sender reputation.
Send or schedule
Preview your email and send a test to yourself before going live. When you are ready, send immediately or schedule the campaign for a specific date and time, for example a Tuesday morning when inboxes are most active.A/B testing
To improve results over time, set up an A/B test. Create two versions, most commonly two subject lines, and Revenue Sol sends each variant to a portion of your audience so you can see which performs better.Review your metrics
After a campaign sends, open its report to see how it performed. Track core metrics including delivered, open rate, click rate, unsubscribes, and bounces. Use these numbers to refine future subject lines, content, and timing. Why is my open rate low?

Open rate is mostly driven by the subject line, sender name, and send time. Test shorter, more specific subject lines and avoid spammy words.
