The Revenue Sol mobile app puts your CRM, unified inbox, and jobs in your pocket so you and your team can manage work from the field. This guide walks you through installing the app on Android, signing in, and granting the permissions the app needs to keep you on top of new leads and dispatched jobs.

Before you start

You need an existing Revenue Sol account to use the mobile app. If you have not signed up yet, start your 14-day free trial at www.revenuesol.com (no credit card required), then return here once you have your login.
The mobile app is a companion to the web app at app.revenuesol.com. All of your contacts, conversations, and jobs stay in sync across both.

Install the app

1

Open the Google Play Store

Tap the Play Store icon on your Android phone or tablet.
2

Search for Revenue Sol

Search for “Revenue Sol” and select the official listing published by Infinite Rankers LLC.
3

Tap Install

Tap Install and wait for the download to finish. When it is done, tap Open to launch the app.
You can also open the Play Store listing from a link in your account or from the marketing site to make sure you land on the correct app.

1

Launch Revenue Sol

Open the app from your home screen or app drawer.
2

Enter your credentials

Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web app. Use the credentials for your business account, not a personal one.
3

Confirm your workspace

If you belong to more than one business, choose the correct workspace so you see the right contacts and jobs.
After you sign in, your inbox, leads, and schedule load automatically. There is no separate setup to migrate your data.

Grant permissions

To work effectively in the field, the app asks for a few device permissions. You can approve these when prompted, or later from your device settings.

Notifications

Allow notifications so you get a push alert the moment a new call, text, web-form lead, or job update comes in. This is how the app keeps you and your team responsive when you are away from a desk.

Location

Allow location access to support field work such as showing job sites, route context, and on-the-go updates. Choose Allow while using the app if you only want location active when the app is open.
If you decline notifications, you will not receive real-time push alerts for new leads, messages, or job changes. You can re-enable them anytime in your Android system settings under Apps > Revenue Sol > Permissions.

Troubleshooting

Confirm you can log in at app.revenuesol.com with the same email and password. If the web app works but the mobile app does not, check your internet connection and try again. Reset your password from the web sign-in screen if needed.
Make sure notifications are enabled in Apps > Revenue Sol > Permissions, that Do Not Disturb is off, and that you are signed in to the correct workspace.
Reach our team at contact@infiniterankers.io and we will get you set up.
