Whether you are the owner checking on the day’s pipeline or a field tech wrapping up a job, you can answer customers, update work, and collect payment without sitting at a desk. The app is available for both Android and iOS and stays in sync with everything you do on the web at app.revenuesol.com.

Who it’s for

The app serves two main roles, and the experience adapts to what each person needs day to day.
  • Owners and office staff monitor incoming calls and texts, watch the dispatch board, follow up on leads, and keep an eye on payments and reputation.
  • Field technicians see their assigned jobs, update status from the field, add notes and photos, and take payment on site.
Everyone signs in with the same account they use on the web. What each person can see and do is controlled by their permissions, so techs see their work and owners see the full picture.

Allow notifications when the app first asks. If you miss the prompt, you can enable them later in your device’s settings under the Revenue Sol app.
