How customers review and approve a quote
After you send a quote, the customer receives it by text or email with a link to a hosted, mobile-friendly view. No login or app download is required.Open the quote
The customer taps the link in the SMS or email. The quote opens in their browser, showing your business name, line items, quantities, pricing, and any totals or taxes you’ve included.
Review the details
They can scroll through each line item and any notes or terms you’ve added so they understand exactly what’s included before committing.
The approval link is tied to that specific quote. If you edit and resend a quote, the customer reviews the updated version before signing.
Notifications when a quote is approved
The moment a customer approves and signs, the quote status updates to approved in Revenue Sol so you and your team can see it across the CRM. You also get notified through the channels you’ve set up, including push notifications on the mobile app so field and office staff know in real time. The signed approval and timestamp stay attached to the quote as your record of the customer’s consent.Converting an approved quote into a job
Once a quote is approved, the next step is usually getting the work on the calendar. From the approved quote you can convert it into a job, carrying the line items and customer details over so you don’t re-enter anything. From there you can schedule the job, assign it on the dispatch board, and send appointment reminders. Because the contact and quote stay linked, you keep a clear history from first lead through completed work.Converting an approved quote into an invoice
When the work is done (or when you collect a deposit up front), turn the approved quote into an invoice. The approved pricing flows into the invoice automatically. You can then send the invoice with text-to-pay or a payment link so the customer pays by card through Stripe. For ongoing work, you can set up recurring payments. See payments for the full range of options.Do customers need an account to sign?

No. The quote opens in a browser from the link you send. There’s no login, app, or account required.
Can I require a signature, or is approval enough?
Can I require a signature, or is approval enough?
Quotes capture both the customer’s approval and their electronic signature, giving you a signed, timestamped record of their acceptance.
