Revenue Sol pulls every part of your home-service business into one place, so your analytics do the same. Instead of guessing, you can see how leads move through your pipeline, how much revenue you’re booking, how your team communicates with customers, how your reputation is trending, and how people find you online.

What you can measure

Your analytics fall into four areas. Each one answers a different question about your business.

Pipeline & revenue

Track leads by stage, conversion rates, and the dollars tied to your pipeline, quotes, jobs, and invoices.

Communication volume

See call, text, and email activity across your unified inbox, including how much your AI receptionist handles.

Reviews & reputation

Monitor new Google reviews, average rating, and how review requests turn into public feedback.

Web analytics

Connect Google Search Console and GA4 to see search visibility, traffic, and which pages bring you leads.

Pipeline and revenue

Your pipeline reports show where your leads are in each stage and where they get stuck. Use them to spot bottlenecks, measure win rates, and forecast the revenue tied to open quotes and scheduled jobs. Closed-won deals, approved quotes, and paid invoices roll up so you can see what your sales effort actually earns.
Keep your lead stages and pipelines tidy. Clean stage data is what makes conversion and revenue reporting trustworthy. See Leads and Pipelines.

Communication volume

Because calls, SMS, email, and web-form leads all land in one unified inbox, Revenue Sol can report on total communication activity in one view. You’ll see inbound versus outbound volume, response activity, and how many conversations your AI receptionist and AI Employee handle without you lifting a finger. This is a fast way to confirm that no lead is going unanswered, especially after hours.

Reviews and reputation

Reputation reporting tracks your Google review count, average star rating, and the trend over time. After a job, Revenue Sol can automatically request a review, so these reports also show how many requests went out and how many converted into public reviews. You can watch your rating climb as more jobs complete.
Reputation data requires a connected Google Business Profile. See Reputation to set up review requests and monitoring.

Web analytics

Connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to bring your website performance into Revenue Sol. You’ll see search impressions and clicks, top-performing pages, and overall site traffic alongside the leads those pages generate, so you can connect marketing spend to real booked work.

Where to find your reports

Open the Analytics area from your main navigation in the app at app.revenuesol.com. Pipeline, communication, reputation, and web reports are grouped there. You can adjust the date range on most reports to compare periods.
A report fills in once the underlying data exists. Web analytics needs Google connected, reputation needs a Google Business Profile, and pipeline reports need leads moving through stages.
