Instead of mailing an invoice and waiting days for a check, you send your customer a secure pay link by SMS, they tap it and pay by card, and the payment posts straight to the invoice in Revenue Sol. It is the fastest way for home-service businesses to turn finished work into money in the bank.

How text-to-pay works

Text-to-pay connects your invoicing, your phone number, and your card processor into one tap-to-pay flow.

Create or open an invoice

Build an invoice from a completed job or quote, or create a standalone one. The amount due drives the payment link.

Send the pay link by text

Choose to send the invoice by SMS. Revenue Sol texts a secure payment link to the customer from your connected Twilio or RingCentral number, so the message comes from your business.

Customer pays by card

Your customer opens the link on their phone and pays by card on a secure checkout page powered by Stripe. No app, login, or account is required.

Payment posts to the invoice

As soon as the card clears, the payment is recorded against the invoice and the balance updates automatically. You and the customer both see it marked paid.
Text-to-pay uses your own Twilio or RingCentral number. Texts are billed at carrier cost with no markup. Card payments are processed through Stripe, so you will need Stripe connected before you can collect.

Why it speeds up collection

Getting paid is usually the slowest part of a service call. Text-to-pay removes the friction:
  • Paid on-site. Your technician can send the link before leaving the driveway, while the work is fresh and the customer is ready to pay.

What the customer sees
