How automatic requests work
When a job is marked complete, Revenue Sol sends the customer a friendly message with a direct link to leave a Google review. The link drops them straight onto your Google Business Profile review form, so there are no extra steps or logins between a satisfied customer and a five-star rating. In your reputation settings, switch on automatic review requests so messages send when a job is completed.
Choosing the right timing
Timing matters. Send too early and the customer may not have had time to enjoy the work; send too late and the visit is no longer top of mind. A short delay after the job is marked complete usually works best. For most home-service work, a few hours to a day later gives the customer time to settle in while the experience is still recent. A warm, personal tone earns far more responses than a generic ask.
