Word of mouth wins jobs, and a steady stream of fresh Google reviews is one of the most reliable ways to earn it. Revenue Sol asks every happy customer for a review automatically, so your team never has to remember to send the link by hand.

How automatic requests work

When a job is marked complete, Revenue Sol sends the customer a friendly message with a direct link to leave a Google review. The link drops them straight onto your Google Business Profile review form, so there are no extra steps or logins between a satisfied customer and a five-star rating. Because the request fires off the job itself, the people you ask are the people you just served, while the experience is still fresh in their minds.
Review requests post to your Google Business Profile, so you need to connect Google before requests can go out. See Connecting Google to link your account.

Turning on automatic requests

1

Connect Google

Link your Google Business Profile so reviews land on the right listing.
2

Enable the automation

In your reputation settings, switch on automatic review requests so messages send when a job is completed.
3

Set the timing

Choose how long to wait after a job is marked complete before the request goes out.
4

Customize the message

Edit the default template so it sounds like your business.

Choosing the right timing

Timing matters. Send too early and the customer may not have had time to enjoy the work; send too late and the visit is no longer top of mind. A short delay after the job is marked complete usually works best. For most home-service work, a few hours to a day later gives the customer time to settle in while the experience is still recent. You set this delay once and it applies to future completed jobs.
Same-day work like a repair or cleaning often reviews well within a few hours. For larger projects such as a roof replacement, waiting a day can produce more thoughtful feedback.

Message templates

Revenue Sol provides a default request message you can edit to match your voice. Keep it short, thank the customer by name, and include the review link. A warm, personal tone earns far more responses than a generic ask. The message goes out by text or email depending on how you reach the customer, and the review link is inserted automatically, so you never have to paste it in yourself.

Avoiding over-asking

Asking the same customer repeatedly is the fastest way to annoy them and hurt your reputation. Revenue Sol is built to prevent that.
  • Requests are tied to completed jobs, so a customer is asked in connection with the work you actually did.
  • A customer who has already left a review or recently received a request will not be hit again for the same visit.
  • You stay in control of timing and whether the automation is on at all.
Never offer payment, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for a review. Google prohibits incentivized reviews, and they can get your listing penalized. Ask for honest feedback only.
Use your judgment before requesting a review on a job that did not go well. You can leave the automation on for smooth jobs and follow up personally on the rest.
Yes. New reviews appear in your reputation dashboard, where you can read and reply to them. See Monitoring reviews.
Review request texts send over your connected Twilio or RingCentral number at carrier cost with no markup from Revenue Sol.
If automatic requests are not sending, confirm your Google Business Profile is connected and the automation is enabled. For anything else, reach the Revenue Sol team at contact@infiniterankers.io.
