Your business settings are the foundation that everything else in Revenue Sol builds on. Your profile, hours, services, and branding feed directly into your AI receptionist, customer-facing messages, quotes, invoices, and review requests. Getting these right early means less editing later and a more polished, on-brand experience for every customer who calls, texts, or books with you.

Business profile

Start by filling out your core business details: legal and display name, primary phone number, email, physical address, time zone, and website. The website is especially important because the AI Employee and Knowledge Hub can be trained on it to answer customer questions accurately.
Your time zone controls how appointment times, reminders, and reports are displayed. Set it correctly before you schedule jobs so reminders fire at the right local time.

Business hours

Define your operating hours so the AI receptionist knows when you are open, when to offer booking slots, and how to respond after hours.
1

Set your weekly hours

Enter open and close times for each day. Mark any days you are closed.
2

Add after-hours handling

Decide how the AI should respond outside business hours, for example by taking a message, booking the next available slot, or texting a follow-up.
3

Account for holidays

Block out holidays or seasonal closures so customers are not offered unavailable times.
The 24/7 AI receptionist still answers calls and texts outside your hours. Business hours simply control which appointment slots it offers and the tone of after-hours replies.

Services

List the services your business offers (for example HVAC repair, drain cleaning, panel upgrades, or roof inspections). Your service list helps the AI receptionist describe what you do, qualify incoming leads, and route requests to the right job or pipeline. Keep this list aligned with your products and pricing catalog so quotes and bookings stay consistent.

Branding

Add your logo, brand colors, and business display name. Branding appears on customer-facing surfaces like quotes and estimates, invoices, payment links, and online booking pages. A consistent look builds trust and makes your communications instantly recognizable.
Branding here applies to documents and customer-facing pages. The phone number customers see is the Twilio or RingCentral number you connect under integrations.

Notification settings

Notification settings control both internal alerts and the automated messages your customers receive.
  • Team notifications — choose how you and your staff are alerted to new leads, bookings, missed calls, and messages, including push notifications through the mobile app.
  • Customer messages — set the defaults for appointment reminders, on-the-way texts, and review requests sent after a job.
  • AI behavior — your profile, hours, and services shape what the AI receptionist and AI Employee say, so review them whenever you change how your business operates.
Changes to your business hours and services take effect immediately for the AI receptionist. After editing, send a test call or text to confirm the AI responds the way you expect.

Frequently asked questions

Account owners and admins can edit business settings. If you do not see the options, ask an owner to update your role or contact support.
No. Updating your service list affects new bookings and AI responses going forward. Existing jobs and quotes keep their original details.
Email the Revenue Sol team at contact@infiniterankers.io and we will help you get set up.
