The Revenue Sol mobile app puts your unified inbox, jobs, schedule, and customer details in your pocket so you can stay on top of the business from the field. This guide walks you through installing the app on your iPhone, signing in, and granting the permissions that make push notifications and location updates work.
You need an active Revenue Sol account before you install the app. If you have not signed up yet, start a 14-day free trial (no credit card required) at app.revenuesol.com.

Install the app

1

Open the App Store

On your iPhone, tap the App Store icon to open Apple’s app marketplace.
2

Search for Revenue Sol

Use the search tab and look for “Revenue Sol.” Confirm the listing is published by Infinite Rankers LLC before you download.
3

Download and install

Tap Get to download the app. You may be prompted to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. The app installs to your home screen automatically.
4

Open Revenue Sol

Tap the Revenue Sol icon on your home screen to launch the app for the first time.

When the app opens, sign in with the same email and password you use on the web at app.revenuesol.com. Your contacts, leads, jobs, conversations, and settings sync automatically, so there is nothing to set up twice.
If your team uses multiple logins, sign in with the account that has the role and permissions you need in the field. You can sign out and switch accounts from the app’s settings at any time.
If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.

Grant permissions

After you sign in, iOS prompts you to grant a few permissions. Each one unlocks part of the app’s field functionality, and you can review or change every choice later in your iPhone’s Settings.

Notifications

Allow notifications so you never miss a new call, text, web-form lead, or job update. When iOS shows the notification prompt, tap Allow. Push notifications keep you informed the moment your AI receptionist books a job or a customer replies in the unified inbox.
If you tap “Don’t Allow,” you will stop receiving real-time alerts. To re-enable them, open the iPhone Settings app, scroll to Revenue Sol, tap Notifications, and turn on Allow Notifications.

Location

Allow location access to support routing, the dispatch board, and accurate field updates. For the best balance of functionality and battery life, choose “Allow While Using App” when prompted. You can adjust this later under Settings > Revenue Sol > Location.
Revenue Sol only uses your location to power scheduling, routing, and job features. You can change or revoke this permission at any time without affecting the rest of the app.

Troubleshooting

Confirm you can sign in at app.revenuesol.com with the same credentials. If the web login works but the app does not, make sure your iPhone has a stable internet connection and that you are running the latest app version from the App Store.
Check that notifications are enabled under Settings > Revenue Sol > Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing them. Fully closing and reopening the app can also re-register your device for push.
Email the team at contact@infiniterankers.io and we’ll help you get up and running.
