When you first sign in to Revenue Sol at app.revenuesol.com, a guided setup wizard walks you through everything needed to start booking jobs, answering calls, and getting paid. Each step builds the foundation your AI receptionist, unified inbox, and automations rely on, so it pays to complete them carefully.
Revenue Sol is a product of Infinite Rankers LLC. If you get stuck at any point during setup, email contact@infiniterankers.io and our team will help you finish.

Working through the wizard

1

Set up your business profile

Enter your business name, address, time zone, and logo. This information appears on quotes, invoices, and customer-facing messages, and the time zone keeps your calendar, reminders, and reports accurate. Getting your address and branding right here means everything your customers see looks professional from day one.
2

Add the services you offer

Tell Revenue Sol which trades and services you handle (for example HVAC repair, drain cleaning, panel upgrades, or recurring cleaning). Your services shape your products and pricing catalog, help your AI receptionist describe what you do, and let you build accurate quotes and jobs faster.
3

Define your business hours

Set the hours your team is available. Your hours determine when jobs can be scheduled and how your AI handles after-hours calls and texts. Because the AI receptionist works 24/7, callers outside your hours can still be captured, booked, and followed up on automatically.
4

Connect your phone number

Revenue Sol uses your own Twilio or RingCentral number for calls and texts, billed at carrier cost with no markup. Connecting your number activates the unified inbox and lets the AI receptionist answer calls and reply to SMS. See Connecting your phone number for the full walkthrough.
You bring your own carrier account, so call and text usage is billed directly by Twilio or RingCentral, not by Revenue Sol.
5

Invite your team

Add the people who answer calls, run jobs, or manage the office. Inviting teammates lets you assign jobs on the dispatch board, route conversations, and track who handles what. Field staff can use the mobile app to receive push notifications and update jobs on the go.
6

Connect your key integrations

Link the tools that power your day-to-day work. Each integration unlocks a core capability, so connect the ones that match how you operate.

Why integrations matter

Connecting integrations during onboarding saves you setup time later and lets your automations work end to end.

Stripe

Enables card payments, text-to-pay, payment links, recurring billing, and refunds.

Google

Powers automatic Google review requests, AI-written replies, and web analytics.

QuickBooks

Keeps invoices and payments in sync with your accounting.

Meta

Brings Facebook and Instagram leads and messages into your inbox.
You can connect integrations later from your settings, but linking Stripe and Google early means review requests and payments start flowing as soon as you complete your first job.

Train your Knowledge Hub

After the core steps, point Revenue Sol at your website and FAQs to build your Knowledge Hub. This is what trains the AI Employee to answer customer questions accurately in your own voice across calls, SMS, and email. The more complete your Knowledge Hub, the better your AI handles real conversations.

Frequently asked questions

No. Revenue Sol includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and AI is included on every plan.
Yes. You can revisit any step from your settings after finishing the wizard. Connecting your phone number and Stripe first gives you the fastest path to a working setup.
You can still explore the rest of Revenue Sol, but calls and texts won’t work until you connect a number. See Connecting your phone number to get one set up.
