The calendar is your team’s command center for everything that’s happening on the books. Every job, appointment, and reminder shows up in one place so you and your field crews always know who’s doing what, where, and when. You can switch views, drag work to reschedule it, and keep team availability accurate without juggling separate spreadsheets or sticky notes.

Day and week views

Choose the view that matches how you work. The week view gives you a high-level look at the days ahead so you can balance workload across the team, while the day view zooms in on a single date with hour-by-hour detail for tighter dispatching.
Use the day view in the morning to walk your crew through their stops, then switch to week view to plan ahead and spot gaps you can fill with new bookings.
Each entry on the calendar shows the customer, time window, and assigned team member at a glance. Select an entry to open its details, jump to the linked job, or reach the customer directly.

Scheduling jobs and appointments

You can put work on the calendar two ways: create it directly from the calendar, or schedule a job you’ve already built in the Jobs area.

Pick a date and time

Select an open slot on the day or week view, or open an existing job and set its scheduled time.

Attach the customer and details

Link the job to a contact, add the service address, and include any notes your crew needs on site. Pull customer records from your contacts and leads.

Assign a team member

Choose who will handle the visit so it lands on the right person’s schedule.

Confirm and notify

Save the appointment. Revenue Sol can send the customer a confirmation and automatic reminders so fewer visits get missed.
Jobs booked through your online booking page and by your 24/7 AI receptionist land on the calendar automatically, so the schedule stays current even outside business hours.

Team calendars

When you assign work, it appears on the responsible team member’s calendar as well as the shared view. This lets dispatchers see the whole operation while each technician focuses on their own stops.
  • Filter the calendar by team member to review one person’s day.
  • See everyone’s bookings side by side to balance the load and avoid double-booking.
  • Pair the calendar with the dispatch board to move work between crews when plans change.
To reschedule, drag an entry to a new time or reassign it to a different team member. Anyone affected sees the update, and the customer can be notified of the new time.

Calendar settings and availability

Keep your schedule realistic by setting availability so the calendar and online booking only offer times you can actually serve.
Define the hours your team works so booking slots and reminders line up with reality. Block out time you’re unavailable to keep it from being booked.
Set who is available on which days so work is only assigned to people who can take it.
Control the confirmations and reminders sent to customers, and get push alerts on the mobile app when your day changes.
If a job isn’t showing up where you expect, check that it has a scheduled date, an assigned team member, and that the team member is marked available for that day.
