Before you cancel
Canceling removes your ability to use AI features, send messages, and manage jobs. Take a moment to consider whether a change of plan would meet your needs instead. If you only need fewer seats or lower limits, downgrading to Starter, Professional, or Scale may be a better option than canceling outright.Export your data first
Once your subscription ends, you lose access to the app, so export anything you want to keep while your account is still active. Common things to save include:- Your contacts and leads, exported from the CRM
- Invoices and payment records for your accounting
- Quotes and estimates you may need for reference
- Reports from Analytics you rely on
How to cancel
Open your billing settings
Sign in at app.revenuesol.com and go to your account billing area, where your current plan and renewal date are shown.
Start the cancellation
Choose the option to cancel your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
If you do not see a cancellation option or run into any issue, email contact@infiniterankers.io and the team will process the cancellation for you.
When your access ends
Canceling stops your plan from renewing. In most cases your account stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends on your renewal date. From that point:- You can no longer sign in to the app or mobile apps
- The AI receptionist and AI Employee stop answering calls and messages
- Automations, campaigns, and scheduled reminders stop running
What happens to your data
After cancellation, your data is retained for a limited period in case you decide to return, and then removed. Reactivating during the retention window restores your workspace; after it passes, data is deleted and cannot be recovered.Can I reactivate after canceling?
