If Revenue Sol is no longer the right fit, you can cancel your subscription at any time. This page explains how to cancel, when your access ends, what to export beforehand, and how your data is handled afterward. Before you cancel

Canceling removes your ability to use AI features, send messages, and manage jobs. Take a moment to consider whether a change of plan would meet your needs instead. If you only need fewer seats or lower limits, downgrading to Starter, Professional, or Scale may be a better option than canceling outright.
If you are mid-trial, you can simply let the 14-day free trial lapse without entering payment details. There is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged.

Export your data first

Once your subscription ends, you lose access to the app, so export anything you want to keep while your account is still active. Common things to save include:
Export before you cancel. After your access ends you will not be able to log in to download records yourself.
If you use the QuickBooks integration, confirm your latest invoices and payments have synced so your accounting records stay complete.

How to cancel

Open your billing settings

Sign in at app.revenuesol.com and go to your account billing area, where your current plan and renewal date are shown.

Start the cancellation

Choose the option to cancel your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Confirm and note your end date

After confirming, you will see the date your access ends. Make a note of it so you can finish any exports in time.
If you do not see a cancellation option or run into any issue, email contact@infiniterankers.io and the team will process the cancellation for you.

When your access ends

Canceling stops your plan from renewing. In most cases your account stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends on your renewal date. From that point:
  • You can no longer sign in to the app or mobile apps
  • The AI receptionist and AI Employee stop answering calls and messages
  • Automations, campaigns, and scheduled reminders stop running
Because you bring your own Twilio or RingCentral number, your phone service belongs to your carrier account, not Revenue Sol. Update call and text routing directly with your provider so incoming calls are handled the way you want after you leave.

What happens to your data

After cancellation, your data is retained for a limited period in case you decide to return, and then removed. Reactivating during the retention window restores your workspace; after it passes, data is deleted and cannot be recovered.
Yes. If you resubscribe within the retention window, your contacts, jobs, and history are restored. If you are unsure whether your data is still available, contact contact@infiniterankers.io before resubscribing.
No. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access through the period you have already paid for and are not billed again.
To request earlier deletion of your data, email contact@infiniterankers.io from the address on your account.
