Revenue Sol gives you full control over your subscription from inside the app. You can change plans, review your billing cycle, download your invoices, and cancel whenever you need to. This page walks you through each of those tasks.
Revenue Sol is a product of Infinite Rankers LLC. If you have a billing question this page doesn’t answer, email contact@infiniterankers.io.

Your plans

Every Revenue Sol plan includes AI on every tier, and new accounts start with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card.

Your phone numbers are brought in through your own Twilio or RingCentral account. Calls and texts are billed by your carrier at cost with no markup, so they are separate from your Revenue Sol subscription.

Upgrading or downgrading

You can change plans at any time as your business grows or your needs change.
1

Open your billing settings

Go to your account settings and find the billing or subscription area.
2

Choose a new plan

Select the plan that fits your team. Upgrading unlocks more capacity right away, while downgrading takes effect according to your billing cycle.
3

Confirm the change

Review the new price and confirm. Your access updates to match the plan you selected.
If you are unsure which plan is right for you, compare what each tier includes on www.revenuesol.com or reach out to support before you switch.

Your billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Your renewal date is set when you start a paid plan, and you are charged automatically on that date each month using the payment method on file. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the change applies immediately. When you downgrade, the lower price generally applies from your next billing date so you keep the features you already paid for through the current period.

Viewing your Revenue Sol invoices

Your subscription invoices are available in your billing settings.
1

Go to billing

Open the billing section of your account settings.
2

Find your billing history

Look for the list of past charges or invoices for your subscription.
3

View or download

Open any invoice to review the line items, or download a copy for your records and accounting.
These are invoices for your Revenue Sol subscription. Invoices you send to your own customers live in the invoicing area and are managed separately.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel from the same billing settings where you manage your plan. After you cancel, your subscription stops renewing at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then.
Canceling does not delete your account data immediately, but your AI receptionist, inbox, and automations stop working once your access ends. Export anything you need first, and contact support if you want help pausing instead of canceling.

How payments are processed

Card payments for your subscription are processed securely through Stripe. Revenue Sol does not store your full card details. You can update the card on file in your billing settings, and any plan changes use that same payment method.
Stripe also powers customer-facing payments such as text-to-pay, payment links, and card payments you collect from your own clients. Learn more in the payments documentation.

Frequently asked questions

No. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card, and you are only billed once you choose a paid plan.
Calls and texts are billed by your own Twilio or RingCentral account, so those are handled directly with your carrier and are not part of your Revenue Sol invoice.
For questions about a charge or a refund on your subscription, contact contact@infiniterankers.io.
