Common questions

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don’t need a credit card to begin. During the trial you get full access to the platform, including the AI features that are included on every plan. You can explore the unified inbox, set up your pipelines, connect your phone number, and test the AI receptionist before you commit. When the trial ends, you choose a plan that fits your business; nothing is charged automatically without your card on file.
AI credits power your AI Employee, the assistant that auto-replies across calls, texts, email, and web-form leads using your Knowledge Hub. Each AI-handled interaction draws from your credit balance. AI is included on every plan, so you start with credits as part of your subscription. To get the most accurate replies, train the Knowledge Hub on your website and FAQs so the AI answers in your business’s voice. See AI credits and the Knowledge Hub for details.
You connect your own Twilio or RingCentral number, and calls and texts are billed at carrier cost with no markup from Revenue Sol. You pay your Twilio or RingCentral account directly for usage, and your Revenue Sol subscription covers the CRM, AI, and automation features on top. This keeps your communication costs transparent and predictable.

Yes. Many businesses move to Revenue Sol from another CRM, scheduling app, or invoicing tool. You can import your existing contacts and leads, rebuild your pipelines and lead stages, and connect the integrations you already use, such as Stripe, QuickBooks, and Google. The goal is to consolidate calls, texts, email, jobs, quotes, invoices, and reviews into one place so you can retire the patchwork of separate tools.

You can cancel from your account’s billing settings at any time. Your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Before you cancel, you may want to export your contacts, leads, and other records so you keep a copy of your data.

Use the contacts import to upload a CSV of your contacts and leads. Map your spreadsheet columns to the matching Revenue Sol fields, such as name, phone, email, and tags, then confirm the import.
