Before you start
You need a verified Google Business Profile and an account that can manage it (an owner or manager). Reviews only appear for a profile that is live and verified on Google.
Connect your profile
Open the Google integration
Go to your integrations or settings area and find the Google connection. See Google integration for the full setup.
Sign in with Google
Choose the Google account that manages your Business Profile and approve the access Revenue Sol requests. Use the same login you use on Google Business Profile.
Select your business location
If your Google account manages more than one location, pick the profile you want to sync reviews for.
Google reviews access goes through an approval process on Google’s side, so review-management permissions are not granted instantly to every account. If review sync or replies are not yet available after you connect, your access may still be in verification. Reach out to contact@infiniterankers.io and the Revenue Sol team will help confirm your status.
After connecting
Once your profile is linked, you can:- Automate review requests. Set jobs to trigger a review request when they are completed so happy customers are prompted to leave a Google review at the right moment.
- Reply faster. Use AI-written replies to respond to reviews in your brand voice, then tweak the wording before posting.
- Stay on top of new reviews. Monitoring surfaces new reviews so you can respond quickly and protect your rating.

Confirm your Google Business Profile is verified and live, and that you connected the Google account that actually manages the location. A brand-new connection may also still be importing.
