Reputation is one of the biggest drivers of new business for local home-service companies. Review monitoring in Revenue Sol brings your incoming reviews into one place so you can keep a pulse on what customers are saying, watch your rating trend over time, and respond quickly while the feedback is still fresh.

How monitoring works

Once your Google Business Profile is connected, Revenue Sol pulls in your reviews and keeps them synced. Every new review shows up in your reputation area alongside the reviewer, the star rating, the date, and the full text. You see fresh feedback without having to log in to a separate dashboard or refresh your profile manually.
Review monitoring is most powerful when paired with automatic review requests. The more jobs that trigger a request, the more reviews flow in for you to track. See Review requests to turn that on.

Connect your Google Business Profile

To monitor reviews you first need to link the account that owns them.
1

Open your integrations

Go to your settings and find the integrations area, then choose Google Business Profile.
2

Authorize access

Sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing and grant Revenue Sol permission to read your reviews.
3

Confirm the listing

Select the business location you want to track. Reviews begin syncing shortly after the connection is confirmed.
The same Google connection also powers your web analytics reporting, so you only have to authorize once.

Track ratings over time

Beyond individual reviews, Revenue Sol summarizes your reputation so you can spot trends at a glance. You can see your overall star average and how your ratings move week over week and month over month. A steady climb tells you your follow-up process is working; a dip is an early warning to dig into recent jobs and address what went wrong. Pair these trends with your pipeline and communication reports to understand how reputation connects to revenue.

Get notified and respond fast

The faster you reply to a review, the better it reflects on your business. Revenue Sol surfaces new reviews as they arrive and pushes alerts to your team, including notifications in the mobile app so field staff and owners are never out of the loop.
Negative reviews need the quickest attention. A prompt, professional reply often turns an unhappy customer around and shows future prospects that you take service seriously.
When you are ready to respond, you can use Revenue Sol’s AI-written replies to draft a thoughtful, on-brand response in seconds, then edit and post it. Learn more in Replying to reviews.
