Revenue Sol is built to keep your business data safe, private, and entirely yours. This page explains, at a high level, how your account is secured, how your data stays isolated from every other business, and how you can access or export what’s yours. Revenue Sol is a product of Infinite Rankers LLC.

Secure sign-in

Access to your account is protected by secure authentication. Each user signs in with their own credentials, and sessions are encrypted in transit. Only people you invite to your workspace can see your business data.
Give every team member their own login rather than sharing one. Individual accounts keep your activity history accurate and make it easy to remove access when someone leaves.
Choose a strong, unique password and update it if you ever suspect it has been exposed. If you can no longer access your account, reach out to support so we can help you recover it safely.

Per-business data isolation

Revenue Sol is multi-tenant, which means many businesses use the same platform, but each business’s data is strictly isolated from every other. Your contacts, leads, jobs, conversations, invoices, and reports belong to your workspace alone. They are never visible to, or mixed with, another business’s data. This isolation is enforced at the data layer for every request, so the records you see are always scoped to your own organization. When you invite teammates, their access is also confined to your workspace.
The live demo at demo.revenuesol.com runs in a completely separate, browse-only environment. It never touches real customer data, so you can explore features without affecting any live account.

Data in transit and integrations

Data moving between your browser, the mobile app, and Revenue Sol is encrypted. The same applies to the connected services you choose to enable. Some capabilities rely on trusted third parties that you connect yourself, including your own Twilio or RingCentral phone number for calls and texts, Stripe for payments, QuickBooks for accounting, and Google for reviews and analytics. You control which integrations are connected, and you can disconnect them at any time. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, rather than stored by Revenue Sol directly.

Your data ownership and export

Your data is yours. You can view and manage your records inside the app at any time, and many areas, such as contacts and reports, support exporting so you can keep your own copies or move data into other tools.

Privacy

We use your data to operate the service for you, not to sell it. Customer information you store in Revenue Sol, such as homeowner contact details, stays within your isolated workspace and the integrations you enable.
Only the users you invite to your workspace. Data is isolated per business and scoped to your organization on every request.
You can export your records before closing your account. Contact support if you need help retrieving a full copy of your data.
They flow through the phone number you connect via Twilio or RingCentral, billed at carrier cost with no markup.
Be careful about who you grant workspace access to. Anyone you invite can view the data their role allows, so remove access promptly when a team member no longer needs it.
