Only people you invite to your workspace can see your business data. Choose a strong, unique password and update it if you ever suspect it has been exposed. Revenue Sol is multi-tenant, which means many businesses use the same platform, but each business’s data is strictly isolated from every other. Your contacts, leads, jobs, conversations, invoices, and reports belong to your workspace alone. They are never visible to, or mixed with, another business’s data. This isolation is enforced at the data layer for every request, so the records you see are always scoped to your own organization. When you invite teammates, their access is also confined to your workspace.The live demo at demo.revenuesol.com runs in a completely separate, browse-only environment. It never touches real customer data, so you can explore features without affecting any live account.
Data in transit and integrations
Data moving between your browser, the mobile app, and Revenue Sol is encrypted. The same applies to the connected services you choose to enable. Some capabilities rely on trusted third parties that you connect yourself, including your own Twilio or RingCentral phone number for calls and texts, Stripe for payments, QuickBooks for accounting, and Google for reviews and analytics. You control which integrations are connected, and you can disconnect them at any time. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, rather than stored by Revenue Sol directly.Your data ownership and export
Your data is yours. You can view and manage your records inside the app at any time, and many areas, such as contacts and reports, support exporting so you can keep your own copies or move data into other tools.Open the relevant area
