Every Google review deserves a reply, but writing thoughtful responses to each one eats up time you would rather spend in the field. Revenue Sol’s AI drafts a tailored reply to every review you receive, matches your tone, and holds it for your approval before anything posts publicly.

How AI replies work

When a new review lands in your account, the AI Employee reads the rating and the customer’s words, then composes a reply that fits the situation. It pulls context from your business so responses feel personal rather than canned.
  • Positive reviews get a warm thank-you that acknowledges what the customer praised and invites them back.
  • Negative or critical reviews get a calm, professional response that takes the feedback seriously, apologizes where appropriate, and offers to make things right offline.
  • Neutral or mixed reviews get a balanced reply that thanks the reviewer and addresses any specific concern.
Replies draw on your Knowledge Hub, so the AI knows your service area, specialties, and how you talk to customers.
AI review replies use AI credits, which are included on every Revenue Sol plan. Drafting a reply costs a small amount of credit per response.

Control the tone

You decide how your replies sound. Set a default tone for your business so the AI stays on-brand across every response.
1

Open your reputation settings

Go to the Reviews area and open the AI reply settings.
2

Pick a tone

Choose a voice that matches your brand, such as friendly, professional, or concise. The AI applies it to every draft it writes.
3

Add guidance

Add notes about phrases to use or avoid, whether to sign off with an owner’s name, and how to handle complaints. The AI follows these instructions when drafting.
For negative reviews, ask the AI to invite the customer to contact you directly using your support line. This moves the conversation off the public review and shows future readers you care.

Approve before posting

By default, nothing posts to Google automatically. Every AI-written reply waits for you to review it, so you stay in full control of your public voice.
1

Get notified

When a new review arrives and the AI drafts a reply, you receive a notification, including a push alert on the mobile app.
2

Review the draft

Open the review to see the AI’s suggested reply alongside the original. Read it in context before deciding.
3

Edit or approve

Tweak the wording if you want, then approve to post it to Google. You can also discard a draft and write your own.
Replies post under your connected Google Business Profile and are visible to everyone. Always read negative-review drafts carefully before approving, since tone matters most when a customer is unhappy.

Connect your reviews first

AI replies only work once your Google Business Profile is connected so Revenue Sol can read incoming reviews and post responses on your behalf. See Review monitoring to connect your profile and start syncing reviews.

Frequently asked questions

By default, every reply waits for your approval. Manual review is the safest setting, especially for critical reviews where wording matters.
No. The AI tailors each reply to the specific review and the tone and guidance you set, so responses read as genuine rather than templated.
Edit it before posting, or discard it entirely and write your own reply.
