Push notifications keep you in the loop on your phone the moment something happens in your business, so you can respond fast even when you’re in the field or away from your desk. The Revenue Sol mobile app for Android and iOS sends alerts directly to your device whenever a customer reaches out or money moves.

What you get notified about

The mobile app sends push notifications for the activity that matters most to a home-service business:
  • New lead — A new lead arrives from a call, a web form, or a connected channel like Facebook or Instagram, so you can follow up while interest is high.
  • New message — A customer sends an SMS, email, or message that lands in your unified inbox.
  • New booking — A job is booked, including jobs your 24/7 AI receptionist books on your behalf around the clock.
  • Payment — A customer pays an invoice or completes a text-to-pay or payment link, so you know revenue has landed.
Tap any notification to jump straight to the related lead, conversation, job, or payment inside the app. There’s no need to hunt for it.

Turn on notifications

When you first install the app and sign in, your device asks for permission to send notifications. If you tapped “Don’t allow” or want to re-enable them later, you can turn them back on in your device settings.
1

Install and sign in

Download the Revenue Sol app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and log in with your account.
2

Allow notifications

Accept the notification permission prompt the first time you open the app.
3

Confirm in device settings

If you missed the prompt, open your phone’s Settings, find Revenue Sol in the app list, and enable notifications there.

Manage notifications per device

Push notifications are tied to each device you sign in on. Signing in on a new phone or tablet registers that device to receive alerts, and you can control them independently.
Use your device’s system settings (Settings → Notifications → Revenue Sol on iOS, or Settings → Apps → Revenue Sol → Notifications on Android) to allow or block alerts for that device. This is the master switch for whether the app can notify you at all.
Your device’s notification settings also control how alerts appear, such as the sound, lock-screen banners, and the app icon badge count. These preferences are per device, so your phone and tablet can behave differently.
To stop receiving alerts on a particular device, either disable notifications for the app in your device settings or sign out of the app on that device.
Each user gets notifications based on their own account access. Team members will only see alerts for the leads, conversations, and jobs they have permission to view.
If you’ve stopped getting notifications, check that notifications are still enabled in your device settings, that you’re signed in, and that your phone isn’t in a Focus or Do Not Disturb mode that silences app alerts. A restart of the app often re-registers the device.
If notifications still aren’t coming through after checking these settings, reach out to support at contact@infiniterankers.io and we’ll help you get them working.
