Revenue Sol lets you bring your whole team into one workspace and give each person exactly the access they need. Whether you’re a solo operator with a single dispatcher or a growing shop with office staff and field techs, roles keep your data secure and your workflows tidy.

Invite teammates

You manage everyone who can sign in from your account settings, in the Team (or Members) area.
1

Open your team settings

Sign in at app.revenuesol.com and go to your workspace settings, then open the Team section.
2

Send an invite

Add the teammate’s email address and choose the role you want to assign. They’ll receive an email invitation to join your workspace.
3

They accept and set a password

Once your teammate accepts, they create their own login and appear in your member list as active.
Invite people with their work email so notifications, call routing, and activity history stay tied to the right person.

Roles and permissions

Roles determine what each teammate can see and do. Higher-access roles can manage billing, integrations, and other users, while limited roles focus on day-to-day work like the unified inbox, jobs, and the dispatch board.

The exact role names and permission breakdown can vary by plan. Open the role selector when inviting a teammate to see the current options for your account.
Assign the most restrictive role that still lets someone do their job. Field techs typically only need access to their assigned jobs and customer details, while office staff handle the inbox, quotes, and invoicing.

Seat limits per plan

Each plan includes a set number of user seats. When you reach your limit, upgrade your plan to add more.
PlanPriceBest for
Starter$65/moSolo operators and very small teams
Professional$199/moGrowing teams that need more seats and features
Scale$399/moLarger operations with multiple staff and techs
EnterpriseCustomHigh-volume businesses with custom needs
AI is included on every plan, and every account starts with a 14-day free trial (no credit card required). To compare seat counts and add capacity, see Plans & billing.
Removing a user frees up a seat immediately, so you can re-assign it to someone new without changing plans.

Remove a user

When someone leaves your business or changes roles, remove or deactivate their access right away to protect your customer data.
1

Find the teammate

Go to the Team section and locate the person in your member list.
2

Remove or deactivate them

Use the remove option next to their name. Their login is revoked and their seat is freed.
3

Reassign their work

Reassign any open conversations, leads, or jobs that belonged to them so nothing slips through the cracks.
Removing a user revokes their access immediately. Historical activity (calls, messages, and notes they created) stays in your records for continuity.
